Recruitment Consultant (360 / Delivery) | AI, Data, GTM, Product & Engineering | Texas (Remote)

A specialist GTM and technology recruitment firm is looking for its first in-house recruiter: a high-impact, high-ownership seat at a lean, fast-moving operation with serious momentum.

The business focuses exclusively on placing elite talent across AI, Data, GTM, Product, and Engineering for startups and growth-stage technology companies across the US. With a live pipeline of 50+ active roles and strong average contract values, the infrastructure is already in place. What’s needed now is the right recruiter to work it and help scale the model.

You’ll work directly alongside the founding partners from day one, with full visibility, genuine autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the firm’s culture and processes from the ground up. Whether you’re a delivery-focused recruiter or a full 360, the most important things here are strong agency foundations, a hunger to learn, and a genuine desire to build something that matters.

What You Will Do

• Step into a live pipeline of 50+ active roles across AI/Data, GTM, Product, and Engineering, contributing to revenue from day one
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placing across specialist technology roles
• Work closely with the founding partners to understand client needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
• Gradually develop your own client relationships and begin winning business as the firm scales
• Contribute to building the firm’s processes, culture, and candidate network from the ground up

What We Are Looking For

• A 270 or 360 recruiter: delivery-first candidates are very much welcome, and full 360 candidates are equally considered
• Strong agency foundations, where training and process matter more than domain experience alone
• High learning aptitude: you pick things up fast, ask good questions, and don’t need hand-holding
• Experience or genuine interest in AI/Data, GTM, Product, or Engineering talent markets
• An entrepreneurial mindset: you want to be part of building something, not just filling a seat
• Remote-disciplined and self-motivated: you thrive without someone looking over your shoulder
• Based in Texas (Dallas or Austin preferred); Chicago, FL, TN, and NH also considered
