We offer two service models. Here is what each one means.
Engaged
Our Engaged service is a retained search. You pay a portion of the fee upfront and we commit our full approach to finding the right person: direct headhunting, a proper map of the relevant talent pool, regular updates, and a shortlist of candidates who have been genuinely assessed. This is the right model for senior hires, hard-to-fill roles, and anything where getting it wrong is costly.

Engaged is our committed search model. A portion of the fee is paid upfront in exchange for our guaranteed commitment and structured search methodology. Consultancy is contingent with no upfront cost, better suited to more straightforward or repeat hires.
