Our Engaged service is a retained search. You pay a portion of the fee upfront and we commit our full approach to finding the right person: direct headhunting, a proper map of the relevant talent pool, regular updates, and a shortlist of candidates who have been genuinely assessed. This is the right model for senior hires, hard-to-fill roles, and anything where getting it wrong is costly.

What is the difference between your Engaged and Consultancy services?
Engaged is retained: you pay part of the fee upfront and we commit fully to the search. Consultancy is contingent with no deposit. We will always tell you honestly which one fits your situation.

Do you cover all of BC, or just Vancouver?
We cover Metro Vancouver and work across the province. We also regularly handle placements involving candidates relocating to Vancouver from other Canadian cities or from the UK and US.
