This is a high-visibility, delivery-focused role built for someone who wants real ownership of the search process – from mapping the market through to offer – without years of hierarchy standing between them and the client relationship. You’ll be working directly alongside a senior partner who came into the business with zero prior search experience and built their way to seven-figure billings, and you’ll be on the same track.
If you’ve been doing the work but never seeing the whole picture, this is it.
You’ve got somewhere between 18+ months and 6-7 years of experience in retained search (senior level contingency experience also considered), and ideally a background touching technical, manufacturing, or scientific industries. Most importantly, you’ve got grit – you’re proactive, you take ownership without being asked twice, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty to get a search over the line.
