360 Recruiter – Generalist | Toronto / Mississauga

A leading North American staffing and talent partner is looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to join the team, covering the Mississauga market.

You’ll step into an established desk with existing client relationships, a clear billing target, and a straightforward path to strong earnings. The mix is predominantly permanent placements with a smaller contract component, and you’ll be expected to both parts of the desk and grow it further.

What You Will Do

• Run a full 360 generalist desk — business development, client management, and delivery all sit with you
• Recruit across a broad range of disciplines, including administration, finance, HR, sales, and marketing, for clients primarily in the Mississauga market
• Generate multiple placement fees per month against a clear monthly billing target
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across your client base, becoming their trusted recruitment partner
• Work predominantly permanent roles with a small contract component mixed in
• Develop new business alongside managing and growing existing accounts
• Own the full candidate journey — from first approach through to offer management and aftercare

What We Are Looking For

• A confident, commercially minded 360 generalist recruiter — equally comfortable on the phone with a client as headhunting a candidate
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple disciplines — not a niche specialist, and someone who thrives in variety
• Strong business development skills — able to open new doors, not just work ones already open
• Stable career history — currently employed or with a clear and credible reason for your move
• Based in or able to commute to Toronto / Mississauga for in-office days each week

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: CAD $70,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
• Draw: 10% + on all billings
• Commission: Competitive structure
• Billing Target: $15,000 – $20,000 per month (2–3 fees)
• Hybrid working model — 2 days in office, Toronto / Mississauga
• Full benefits package
