We’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives on building strong business relationships and is passionate about delivering top-tier recruitment campaigns. If you have a proven track record in a 360-recruitment role and a deep understanding of the insurance industry—or a related sector like legal, marine, cyber, data analytics, or risk and compliance—this could be the perfect opportunity for you to move from ‘office based’ to a ‘work from home’ set up.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new and existing business with some of the most prestigious insurance companies in London and the UK. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, using their in-house search process to deliver the highest quality candidates to your clients. Your role will also involve building and nurturing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including HR professionals and hiring managers, as you continue to operate as a leading specialist recruiter in the insurance market.
