Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job description We are representing a specialist recruitment consultancy on the South coast who wants to expand their team due to a steady and resounding successful last couple of years despite the impact of Covid. They are looking for a highly capable, experienced Consultant who currently works in the technology/IT market and who can demonstrate their previous success in billing.

You will have a strategic mindset in how you are going to bring new business into this already successful consultancy and will be dynamic, considered and tenacious in your approach. Naturally a self starter, you will be confident and a consultative communicator who sees themselves as an expert and a partner to their clients rather than a sales person. You will be highly articulate and a 360 recruiter with a proven track record who may be looking for a new opportunity with a brilliant, forward thinking organisation who believe in hard work but who reward extremely well.
