Life Sciences 360 Recruitment Consultant opportunity in Boston. Base salary $85,000–$90,000 plus uncapped commission, hybrid working, and clear progression opportunities.

About the Opportunity

A specialist Life Sciences recruitment consultancy with an established presence across the UK and US is looking to hire a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its growing Boston team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of recruitment experience who enjoys both business development and candidate delivery. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own desk while benefiting from the support, reputation, and resources of a highly respected specialist recruitment business.

Working closely with experienced leadership, you’ll play a key role in growing client relationships and building market presence across some of the most exciting areas of the Life Sciences industry.

What You Will Do

  • Operate a full 360 recruitment desk within the Life Sciences market
  • Develop and grow long-term client relationships through consultative business development
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement and account growth
  • Recruit across specialist areas including Medical Devices, Clinical Operations,
  • Pharmaceuticals, CROs, and related Life Sciences sectors
  • Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong candidate networks within your chosen vertical
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes
  • Collaborate with both US and international teams to maximize opportunities and market coverage
  • Develop specialist market expertise and establish yourself as a trusted industry advisor

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience within a 360 recruitment environment
  • Strong business development and relationship-building capability
  • Experience developing new clients and growing accounts from scratch
  • Commercially driven with a desire to build and grow a successful desk
  • Experience within Life Sciences recruitment preferred
  • Medical Device recruitment experience highly desirable
  • Consultative and relationship-focused approach to recruitment
  • Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ambition to progress into senior consultant and future leadership opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000–$90,000
