The Role and Responsibilities

This is a senior-level recruitment role focused on contract delivery within the aviation and aerospace sector. You will take ownership of recruitment activity while working closely with established clients, internal stakeholders, and a global delivery network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting engineering and technical aviation professionals.
  • Sourcing and engaging aircraft engineers, avionics technicians, mechanics, sheet-metal workers, and specialist technical talent
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing through placement
  • Leveraging a global candidate database and established aviation networks
  • Building long-term candidate relationships to support redeployment and repeat placements
  • Partnering with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance
  • Maintaining strong market knowledge within aviation and engineering labour markets

This role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to further specialise in a high-demand global niche.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

  • Comfortable working in a delivery-focused, fast-moving environment
  • Proven recruitment experience within aviation, aerospace, or engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of technical and regulated roles
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Professional communication style and relationship-driven approach
  • Location & Work Model: Fully remote for candidates based outside Toronto( Toronto-based candidates will work onsite five days per week from the Etobicoke (Islington area) office)
