Senior A & F Recruiter (360 )

You’ll already know you love recruiting in the Accountancy and Finance world, having been a successful agency 360 recruiter for a min of 3 years BUT are perhaps frustrated with your full potential not being recognised.

Perhaps you want to be trusted more to be able to work from home? Perhaps you are the highest biller where you are and have no one to learn from / aspire to be more like?

OR perhaps, you’re in another sector that isn’t as profitable and want to move and recruit in a professional services (buoyant ) market?

You’ll be joining a super team, perfectly formed, working alongside experienced recruiter who are high billers, and are known for their strong values and doing the right thing for the both candidate and client.

This is NOT a big KPI environment …. all their consultants know what needs to be done and are individually motivated and driven to do just that. They also have great admin support to help too .. not a given in any business these days!
