The Role and Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys hands-on delivery today and wants a clear path into client-facing and leadership responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment delivery for live technology requisitions
  • Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates
  • Conducting interviews and managing candidate experience end to end
  • Coordinating interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
  • Partnering closely with leadership to support client needs
  • Building trusted relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Gradually transitioning into client-facing responsibilities and account management
  • Supporting the long-term growth of the New York operation
  • Over time, this role is expected to evolve into a Lead Recruiter position, with the opportunity to mentor and manage additional delivery resources.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

  • 1–5 years of experience in agency recruitment (360 or delivery-focused)
  • Background in technology or professional recruitment preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, relationship-driven approach to recruitment
  • Interest in long-term growth, leadership, and market ownership
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work in-office two days per week
