Our client is an established boutique executive search firm operating globally across specialist technology sectors including Semiconductors, Photonics, Electronics, Robotics & Automation.

The business partners with innovative technology companies and leadership teams, delivering high-quality retained search assignments across highly specialised international markets.

Operating with a fully remote team, the firm focuses on quality, long-term client relationships and consultative search rather than high-volume recruitment.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the business is looking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant or Executive Search Consultant to support the expansion of its international client base and delivery capability.

This role offers full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, combining business development, client management, executive search delivery and candidate engagement. You will work closely with senior leaders and innovative technology businesses across global markets, developing long-term client partnerships while delivering high-quality search assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new client relationships across global technology markets
  • Identifying and securing retained and contingent recruitment opportunities
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Building long-term partnerships with senior leadership teams
  • Conducting executive search and headhunting activities
  • Managing candidate sourcing, assessment and interview processes
  • Delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences
  • Building and maintaining a strong network within specialist technology sectors
  • Managing pipeline activity, forecasting and commercial performance

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within 360 recruitment or executive search
  • Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
  • Experience managing recruitment processes from vacancy qualification through to placement
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers
  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience working within technology, engineering, manufacturing or specialist markets would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working within a fully remote environment
