You’ll already know that you naturally love driving results by providing exceptional service to both external and internal customers, be someone who is innovate and be able to look at the ‘bigger picture of the overall business’ and how your team fit in, and come up both new ideas, and alternative service offerings to your clients.
Commercially driven, with an eye for identifying new business solutions opportunities, but never losing sight of how your teams are delivering to existing clients. You’ll be comfortable having P & L budget responsibility, be able to lead from the front, recognise new partnership opportunities and be super comfortable working with the business Directors on the longer term strategy of your business area. Internally, you’ll have the gravitas to install confidence to the other business areas, always focussing on solutions to your client base, coaching and developing your team. One of the key areas is growing, developing and of course maintaining key relationships with existing partners.
