Due to continued growth, the business is looking to hire an experienced recruitment or search professional to support the continued expansion and delivery of its international client portfolio.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional to join a collaborative and highly respected executive search business.
The role offers flexibility depending on individual strengths and experience. Whether your background is in business development, client management, executive search delivery, research, or full lifecycle (360) recruitment, there is an opportunity to contribute and develop within the business.
Working closely with experienced consultants and leadership teams, you will support client engagement, search execution, market mapping, candidate identification, relationship management and business growth activities across specialist technology sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working consultatively with clients and candidates, and operating within highly specialised international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting executive search assignments from initial briefing through to successful completion
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates and industry stakeholders
• Identifying and engaging senior-level talent across specialist technology sectors
• Conducting market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis
• Contributing to business development and client growth initiatives where appropriate
• Managing candidate and client communications throughout search processes
• Supporting the development of long-term client partnerships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver successful search outcomes
• Representing the business through networking and industry-related activities
Skills & Experience
• Background in 360 recruitment, business development, account management, delivery, research or executive search
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Commercial awareness and consultative approach
• Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Interest in technology sectors, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, semiconductors, photonics, robotics or other specialist industries would be advantageous
• Experience working with international clients or candidates would be beneficial
