Our client is growing quickly and is looking for a talented Bilingual Account Manager to join their team in Montreal.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • This role is an Account Management position nurturing and prospecting within existing and lapsed accounts.  
  • You will identify both permanent and contract positions, qualify them and then work with the delivery team to get them fulfilled.  
  • You will be the closer of the deal, after having presented the candidates to said clients and nurtured them through the hiring process.  

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • You will have excellent written and verbal bilingual (French/English) communication skills and a positive/outgoing personality
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, heavily focusing on BD/AM
  • A positive personality is key and someone that drives business growth
