This client operates as a true niche specialist, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, offering a dynamic environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. Working with their existing clients, offering another recruitment solution to them in the fields of HR, Legal, A & F, or IT. This opportunity means that you’ll be able to bring your sector experience to what is an already, solid client base to build out a brand new sector.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality recruitment campaigns for some of the most prestigious insurance companies in London and across the UK. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, they will teach you their in-house search process to connect expert candidates with leading employers in the insurance market.

Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with their existing clients, whether that is HR professionals, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a go-to recruiter within the industry.
We’re looking for someone who brings not just experience, but also a passion for recruitment. You’ll work closely with their management team to strategize on target clients and talent pools, helping to drive the business forward. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen their brand through digital and social marketing efforts, ensuring that their presence in the market continues to grow.
