The Role and Responsibilities

This is a true 360 recruitment role combining business development, client management, and candidate delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Winning new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Developing and managing client relationships across the regional market
  • Recruiting across industrial and technical roles
  • Taking a consultative approach to understand and close client needs
  • Building and maintaining your own pipeline of candidates and clients
  • Reactivating and expanding lapsed accounts with strong revenue potential
  • Collaborating with internal partners on shared opportunities
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through to placement

You will also benefit from existing client relationships, warm leads, and internal support to help accelerate your success.

Value Proposition

  • Base salary: $70,000 to $80,000
