The Role and Responsibilities – 360 Executive Search Recruiter

This role is designed for an experienced executive search professional who wants full 360 ownership of their desk and the freedom to build a life sciences market without internal barriers.

As a 360 Executive Search Recruiter, you will take responsibility for developing, winning and delivering retained and senior-level search assignments within a defined US life sciences vertical, combining hands-on execution with long-term client development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading business development efforts within your life sciences vertical with full autonomy
  • Winning, managing, and delivering senior and retained executive search assignments
  • Owning end-to-end search delivery from pitch through placement
  • Building long-term, trusted client partnerships at senior leadership and investor level
  • Operating as a true consultative client partner and advisor rather than a transactional recruiter
  • Developing deep sector expertise and a strong personal brand within your niche
  • Managing your own pipeline, forecasting, and commercial performance
  • Working in an environment and collaborating with other high performers

This is a hands-on billing role for someone who enjoys controlling their own market, delivering at senior level, and seeing a direct link between effort, performance, and reward.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful
