Technical Recruiter, IT

You will:

• Engage IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
• Build and nurture long-term candidate pipelines — offering guidance, updates, and support throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in client intake calls to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Partner with internal Account Managers to present top talent and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Stay up to date on hiring trends, market movements, and emerging technology skills to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
