Job Description

Company Overview

Our client is part of a well-established national staffing group and has grown rapidly over the past several years from a strong regional firm into a true multi-state staffing powerhouse. Today, they operate across key U.S. markets including the Northeast, Texas, and California.

Their growth has been driven by a powerful combination of elite sales execution and exceptional delivery capability, supported by both onshore and offshore teams. The organization is known for its pace, scale, and ability to consistently perform in high-volume staffing environments.

The Role and Responsibilities

This is a senior player-coach leadership role, focused on leading and optimizing an existing national sales organization rather than building from scratch.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage an established national sales team of high-performing billing professionals.
  • Continue to bill personally as a senior producer while driving overall team performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • Set strategy, priorities, and performance expectations across markets.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to refine go-to-market execution.
  • Bring structure, accountability, and commercial insight to an already active operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scaling performance, improving execution, and leading proven teams — without needing to create infrastructure from the ground up.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

This opportunity is well suited for someone who:

  • Has extensive experience in staffing business development, with leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Comes from high-volume contract staffing sales in sectors such as light industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or similar.
  • Has a deep understanding of sales metrics, margins, volume, and growth levers.
  • Is confident, commercially driven, and comfortable being measured on results.
  • Enjoys leading teams while maintaining a personal billing presence.
  • Values autonomy, flexibility, and accountability in equal measure.

Value Proposition

This role offers a competitive leadership package designed to reward performance and scale, including:

  • A strong base salary aligned with seniority and experience.
  • Aggressive upside tied directly to personal and team performance.
  • Flexible time-off structure aligned with a performance-based environment.
  • Health benefits and retirement savings options.
  • Ability to work from any office in the Northeast with business travel as needed
  • Significant earning potential and autonomy for commercially minded leaders.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior staffing sales leader who wants to step into a national role, lead an established team, and continue billing at a high level — all within a business that is growing, profitable, and performance-driven.

If you’re looking to combine leadership, scale, and earning power inside a proven organization, this role offers a platform few firms can match.
