We’re working with a boutique recruitment agency in the heart of the City of London, known for its sharp focus on real estate and valuation surveying.

What’s the role?

You’ll start as a Graduate Recruiter in a 180 role, which means:

• Getting to know the market inside out
• Sourcing and building relationships with the best candidates
• Gaining confidence through real conversations, not just admin
• Being coached 1-on-1 so you actually know what you’re doing

Once you’ve got the hang of things, you’ll move into a 360 role where you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing talent to winning new clients.
