Our client offers a genuinely rare opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to build their own recruitment business – with the backing, infrastructure, and brand of an established firm.

This is not a senior billing role with a new title.
It’s a platform for someone who thinks like an owner and wants to operate at Director level, without the risk, isolation, or overheads of going fully independent.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a recruiter who wants to ultimately own and grow a specialist desk as their own business unit, with a clear pathway to Director status and equity-style participation.

You’ll have autonomy over your market, clients, strategy, and growth decisions, while benefiting from central support, shared resources, and a hugely collaborative leadership team.

This is about building long-term value, not short-term billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and scale a specialist recruitment desk
  • Develop and maintain long-term, senior client relationships
  • Define market strategy, pricing, and growth plans
  • Influence hiring decisions and future team build-out
  • Mentor and develop consultants as the business grows
  • Contribute at a strategic level to the wider business

Ideal Background

  • Proven track record as a high-performing 360 recruiter or leader
  • Commercially astute with an owner’s mindset
  • Experience within professional services or a comparable consultative market
  • Motivated by autonomy, influence, and long-term growth
  • Loyal, values-led, and committed to building something sustainable
