Delivery Consultant – Brighton

The Role

This is a pure delivery role – ideal for someone who enjoys candidate management, relationship building, and delivering excellent outcomes without sales pressure.

You will work closely with senior consultants and leadership, supporting high-quality assignments across professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end candidate delivery for retained and contingent roles
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Manage interview processes, feedback, and offer stages
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout
• Support consultants with market insights and talent mapping

Skills & Experience

• 6+ months’ experience in recruitment delivery or resourcing
• Experience within professional services is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with a high standard of candidate care
• Desire to progress into a more senior or 360 role over time
