Business Support Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a global recruitment firm in the architecture, design, and creative space, is looking for a driven 360 recruiter to join their NYC team and take full ownership of their Business Support desk.

Our client is a global recruitment agency that exclusively partners with architecture, Creative and design studios. They’ve spent the last few decades helping creative firms find the people who power their success—from studio managers and marketing leads to design directors and beyond.

Their NYC office is a collaborative team with big energy, and this role is all about growing the Business Support function—working with high-profile clients and helping shape the future of this desk.

The Role and Responsibilities  

• Managing a busy desk focused on business support roles (HR, ops, marketing, finance, admin)
• Building strong client relationships within the architecture, Creative and design space
• Sourcing, screening, and matching top talent
• Writing job ads, interviewing candidates, and providing consultative guidance
• Networking with creative professionals and attending industry events
• Growing the desk strategically with autonomy and support

Skills and Qualifications you need to be successful 

• 3+ years experience in 360 recruitment
• Business support recruitment experience a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a busy pipeline
• Naturally curious about design and the creative industries
• Confident running a desk and motivated by results
