The Role & Responsibilities

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong business development focus, supporting both contract and permanent hiring across the U.S. technology market. You will play a hands-on role in generating new opportunities, delivering recruitment solutions, and building long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving new business development through outbound sales, relationship building, and account expansion
  • Managing and growing existing client relationships while identifying net-new opportunities
  • Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing and attracting qualified technology candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking
  • Conducting structured candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and fit evaluations
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement and onboarding
  • Presenting shortlists to clients and guiding them through interview, feedback, and offer stages
  • Staying informed on technology hiring trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing sales activity with recruitment delivery and wants to build a desk with long-term potential.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with staffing experience required
  • A strong interest in technology recruitment and the U.S. IT market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, detail-oriented approach with high standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, outgoing, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Recruit very senior specialized roles with large fees attached to them (50-100k fees). Nearly the level of Executive Search fees.
