The Role and Responsibilities

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will own both sides of the market and operate like a business owner within the firm.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Building and managing your own client portfolio
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across industrial, construction, engineering, and energy sectors
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to placement
  • Maintaining and growing long-term client and candidate relationships
  • Owning your pipeline, deals, and revenue performance

This role suits someone who enjoys full ownership, commercial responsibility, and scaling a market rather than working a fixed desk.

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment
  • Strong sales and business development mindset
  • Comfortable with high activity, phone-based environments

  • Confident managing clients and candidates independently
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Desire to build something long-term and grow with the business
