The Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing new client relationships within the tech and data sectors
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement
  • Conducting daily outbound outreach to win new business and expand your client base
  • Leveraging in-house delivery, marketing, and training support to drive performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Leading by example and contributing to the development of the wider team
  • Identifying upcoming hiring needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions
  • Maintaining accurate reporting of activity, pipeline, and forecasting

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

This position is ideal for someone who brings:

  • Strong experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within tech, data, or a similar market
  • A proven track record of billing, business development, and client acquisition
  • A competitive, ambitious, and self-driven approach to sales and recruitment
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
  • Comfort managing both warm and cold outreach while building new markets
  • A growth-oriented, proactive mindset with a desire to progress quickly
