The Role and Responsibilities

This is a 360 executive search with a clear trajectory toward senior leadership.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and securing new client relationships across the U.S.
  • Positioning the firm’s full suite of offerings: executive search, interim/functional leadership, and advisory solutions.
  • Managing full-cycle search mandates, from role scoping and market mapping to candidate presentation and offer negotiation.
  • Building long-term partnerships with PE-backed companies, high-growth organizations, and senior leadership teams.
  • Collaborating with international colleagues to deliver cross-border projects and expand service offerings.
  • Playing an integral role in U.S. market development with an opportunity to influence strategy and future growth.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to help build and lead a growing practice.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

  • Proven experience in executive search or senior recruitment
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to open new accounts and build long-term relationships.
  • Confident, credible communicator capable of engaging at the C-suite and senior leadership levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • High level of professionalism, commercial acumen, and consultative sales ability.
  • Based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for candidates located in New York or Chicago.
