About the Opportunity

Our client is a specialized recruitment firm operating at the intersection of education and technology. They partner exclusively with EdTech companies — from K-12 platforms to Higher Education SaaS — placing the go-to-market talent that drives growth at high-velocity, venture-backed organizations.

With a sharp focus on Series B companies ($10M–$50M in funding) and the fastest-growing segments of workforce development — including apprenticeships and L&D — they bring genuine sector depth and a mission-driven approach to every search they run.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and win new clients across the EdTech ecosystem — primarily Series B companies ($10M–$50M) selling software into K-12 and Higher Education markets
  • Build and manage relationships with hiring decision-makers, pitch services, and negotiate fees
  • Own go-to-market searches end-to-end: Account Executives, VPs of Sales, Product Managers, Marketing Directors, and C-suite
  • Candidate Sourcing, Client Research and Pipelines will be provided by the Research team in order to maximize your time with clients and candidates
  • Screen, and assess candidates with a strong SaaS GTM recruitment lens
  • Guide candidates through the full process — prep, feedback, negotiation, and close
  • Maintain rigorous data integrity within Crelate CRM
  • Build a strong LinkedIn presence for thought leadership and inbound attraction
  • Represent the client at industry events across the country
  • Attend EdTech conferences and industry events to deepen your network
  • Build a sustainable book of business with a clear path to hiring and leading your own team

What We Are Looking For

  • True 360° recruitment experience — owning both business development and delivery
  • SaaS GTM recruitment background, ideally with exposure to adjacent sectors such as creative, digital marketing, or tech-adjacent recruitment
  • Genuinely excited by the EdTech space and the futue or Education — workforce development, K-12, Higher Ed SaaS
  • Mission-driven and motivated by impact beyond typical corporate environments
  • Proficient with Crelate CRM and takes data integrity seriously
  • Has or is actively building a strong LinkedIn presence
  • Comfortable with regular conference travel

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base / Draw: $60,000/year ($5,000/month)
  • Tiered quarterly commission structure (uncapped)
  • Conference travel supported
  • Management track: build your own team as your book of business scales
