The Role and Responsibilities

As a Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth within the Life Sciences and AgriTech sectors. This is a relationship-driven sales role — designed for someone who excels in consultative selling, values genuine partnerships, and can turn opportunities into long-term client success.

Your focus will include:

  • Managing the full business development process — from prospecting to long-term account management.
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers in Life Sciences, Biotech, and AgriTech.
  • Collaborating with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and staffing projects.
  • Representing the brand at networking events and client meetings to strengthen presence and reputation.
  • Partnering with leadership to identify new markets, develop strategies, and drive overall business growth.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferably in professional services or staffing).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close consultative deals.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for growth and results.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a hybrid, high-performance environment.
