The Role and Responsibilities

  • This is a Business Development role first and foremost with the goal of taking over an existing Commercial IT Division
  • Establish a Sales or 360 desk with commercial accounts in IT staffing and demonstrate billings, savvy, and leadership skills
  • Once established, you will take over as head of the existing Commercial IT Division
  • Lead, manage and grow the Division through knowledge of how to grow a business division
  • Be a subject matter expert on the local commercial market, with specific focus on ERP staffing sales and delivery

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • 5-10 years in IT staffing, ideally with a local (Austin) client and candidate network
  • Proven track record of success in staffing Business Development
    Experience working Commercial IT accounts, specifically with ERP sales/delivery
  • Experience as a Manager or Director in IT staffing
  • Ability to lead by example and establish oneself as a top biller to ear the respect of the Division
  • Existing book of business in Enterprise IT staffing a plus
  • A can do and will do attitude that wants to be part of a high performing team
