This hybrid 360 Recruitment Consultant opportunity will have you joining a very well established recruitment business (over 30 years) who are highly regarded in their field, and a successful recruitment business. You will be joining an established team, and be responsible for ensuring effective management of both existing client accounts, as well as the development of new client relationships.

The Role and Responsibilities
Develop a plan and strategy incorporating opportunities for new business development, as well as the potential to develop business within the existing client base Build relationships with existing client contacts to ensure consistency of delivery Identify key points of contact within target businesses in order to help build and cultivate new client relationships This is a full 360 recruitment role, working on permanent recruitment assignments, so you’ll already be comfortable working to deliver to clients timeframes This role will often involve meeting with clients at their offices, ‘selling’ a premium service, You’ll be comfortable winning relevant assignments, sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates, agreeing a shortlist, submitting candidates to the client, arranging interviews and following through to job acceptance. Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful 1+ years experience in a 360 role based in an agency, Permanent Recruitment experience for large, national client companies Experienced with recruiting within a Technical/IT/specialist marketplace is definitely an asset, but not essential Experience working in hybrid role is highly desirable.
