Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Business Developer, you will have over 5 years of IT staffing experience with emphasis on boutique-style client development and account management, and will come with your own book of business.
  • Primary responsibilities will include building relationships with top talent and companies in the market, creating successful connections and building lasting relationships using a proven approach that’s made this client a leading firm for organisations to rely on.
  • Research, identify and build new client and business development leads
  • Recruit top Information Technology professionals by identifying job requirements, completing reference checks and successfully closing contracts
  • Ensure successful placements, following up with candidates and clients Build a network of contacts for recruitment sales and referrals
  • Manage valued contractors on assignment

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Proven ability to consistently achieve/surpass sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Dedicated, proactive and supportive team leader, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven to continually learn and grow, staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • University or college degree required
