A Canadian staffing leader for decades, our client is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader, who is passionate about client relationship building and providing exceptional candidate/client service, to join their growing Public Sector staffing division.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Due to significant growth, this office is in need of a Sales Leader to work alongside a collaborative executive team to help grow and develop their broader Public Sector business – BPS, Crown Corp, Universities, Provincial, Municipal, Education, Natural Resources, Energy, Agriculture, etc. (excluding the Federal government)
  • Our client requires a business savvy, hands-on leader with strong sales experience, with a background of serving clients in multiple sectors and industries across Canada
  • You will keep on top of trends and be able to attract clients who need intelligence and expertise
  • With strong relationship-building and communication skills, you have a history of successful goal-setting and decision-making based on business metrics
  • Our client is a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, hiring people that share their beliefs of inclusivity

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • University or college degree in a related field (business/marketing/engineering) or comparable industry experience
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role, driving and implementing revenue growth and leading high-performing teams

Value and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging between $120,000 – $130,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits
  • 100% remote if chosen, however our client would like you to be based in Ontario
  • Work hours are forty hours per week, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m Monday to Friday
  • Education reimbursement: 100% paid when employer sponsored and 50% paid when it’s employee’s choice, up to $1500 per year (after one year)
