The Role and Responsibilities

The role exists due to business expansion. The client has a strong presence on the East Coast but nothing on the West so they are looking for a strong leader who can build out an IT division there.

  • A new person will leverage the relationships and contacts that the company has elsewhere in other divisions, pursue lapsed or dormant business’, as well as pound the pavement for new business
  • You will develop and nurture a network of potential candidates in the IT vertical
  • Meet attainable and realistic quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Leverage your skills to execute the full cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, candidate submissions, and negotiating offers
  • There is an opportunity to lead a recruitment team once you have an established book of business

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • University degree preferred 
  • Proven successful track record in staffing sales, a passion for results, and strong teamwork skills
  • Think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • Excellent English communication (both written and oral), good presentation, and commercial customer service skills
