The Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Lead, you will have over 7+ years of staffing experience with emphasis on boutique-style Business Development and Account Management and will come with some developed accounts and understanding of the marketplace that you work in
  • Our clients are now looking for a seasoned Sales Lead to sell into the A&F space 
  • You will research, identify and build new client and business development leads, build a network of contacts for recruitment sales and referrals
  • There is opportunity to build a team, which will be based on personal success and alignment. If that’s your skill set and desire, it’s highly likely that responsibility will be given to you – you will always however carry a book of business and be a sales person at heart.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Proven sales or recruitment experience with a heavy emphasis on new business /client development within this sector
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas and activity targets
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • You are proactive/self-motivated with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and hone your talents
  • Success through the interview process will be based on experience and results yes, but in addition the right attitude
  • Positivity, upbeat, driven to build are factors that will also be big drivers for this team and finding and hiring like minded people.
