Role & Responsibilities

  • As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients within the Tech Sector
  • Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, build relationships, and close deals to contribute to our client’s revenue growth
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and engage in proactive outreach to generate new leads within the Tech Sector
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and tailor sales pitches accordingly
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in our client’s CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven track record of 1-2 years in outbound sales, preferably within the Tech Sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
