Job Description

A Canadian staffing leader for decades, our client is seeking a seasoned Managing Director, IT, who is passionate about client relationship building and providing exceptional candidate/client service, to join their growing Private Sector staffing division.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • You have previous experience working within the IT staffing industry
  • 3+ years of sales/business development experience
  • A passion for developing new business on a national spectrum
  • You possess core leadership values around Authenticity, Empathy, Inclusion, and Growth Mindset
  • You have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • You are motivated by goals and targets and possess the ability to lead by example supporting a team
