Job Description

Are you a Boston-based Staffing Professional working within the Life Sciences Industry? Our UK-based client is looking to fill a Lead 360 Recruiter position within its Boston team, supporting their Medical Technologies Permanent Desk in a hybrid or remote capacity.  If you are keen to work for a firm that gives back to both their employees and the healthcare community, read on.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Establish a strategy for growth across the Life Sciences (Medtech) vertical in Boston and nation-wide
  • Recognize opportunities for new business development, and leverage the potential within the existing client base
  • Leverage established relationships with existing book of business to ensure consistent flow of incoming requisitions and negotiate terms of business where required
  • Uncover new points of contact within target organisations in the Life Sciences sector to help shape and grow potential client relationships with a foreseeable pipeline of future success

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and solid customer focus
  • Exceptional networking skills Leadership experience an asset
  • Proven track record in developing net new business opportunities
  • Existing book of business in key areas of Life Science (Medical Devices a strong asset)
  • Solid negotiation and presentation skills
  • Immaculate written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of current tools for virtual workspace
