The Role and Responsibilities

  • This role focuses on the IT vertical, in fact placing candidates and opening roles in the Salesforce arena, so, effectively this is a 360 staffing position
  • You’ll do that in a team that’s doing what you are doing, so you’ll be able to collaborate and share, but the responsibility of prospecting and then completing the job with a successful placement will be managed by you
  • Our client would prefer to hire proven 360 performers, however if you are an aspiring 360 and already have great exposure to one side of the desk then that also will be considered
  • Our client will however talk at interview to ensure this is truly the desired model that a potential candidate is wanting to pursue
  • You also could come from another vertical but have transferable skills and a desire to focus in this key and niche area
  • Running a full desk and looking for and working on both contract and perm business
  • Our client believes that both the candidate pool and the client development efforts are gained through relationship nurture and are very keen that 360 recruiters get in to the market and join networking events / meetups and have a physical presence to make that happen, rather than JUST make a gazillion phone calls
  • Full cycle management through to offer and close

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • 2+ years’ experience and goal achievement in a staffing agency – from any role therein
  • Effective communication and influencing skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with ATS High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • You must be working in the field of staffing and recruiting currently, (NOT IN A CORPORATE BASED ROLE) in a role which includes sales
  • You will need to have successfully performed in either a 360 or a sales only position
  • You’ll have run a successful desk and have a great understanding of the industry that you are servicing, love it and want to move yourself to a different continent to continue with your passion A degree is preferable
