The Role and Responsibilities

As a hybrid Finance & Accounting Leader, you are confident in sales strategy, identify areas of opportunity, and successfully balance the needs of both your clients and your team while supporting the company’s values and mission.

  • Provide team with daily leadership, mentoring and sales/recruitment knowledge sharing
  • Stay informed of trends within industry vertical to effectively execute marketing and sales strategies and deliver on recruitment growth strategies
  • Ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction for new and existing clients and act as a key contact for top client accounts
  • Ensure continuous candidate pipelining and relationship building for top niche skills
  • Provide guidance on escalated candidate and client issues, as well as order flow management and delegation to team members
  • Generate with senior leadership annual budgets and business plans 

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Staffing industry experience required, with specialisation in accounting and finance staffing considered an asset  
  • 3+ years of previous sales and business development experience
  • Possess core leadership values, with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Motivated by targets and goals, with ability to lead by example 
  • Passion for developing new business on a national spectrum
