The Role and Responsibilities

As a Billing Manager, you will take ownership of a US vertical while combining hands-on senior-level delivery with leadership and strategic influence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading business development efforts within your life sciences vertical
  • Running and delivering senior and retained search assignments
  • Building long-term client partnerships with credibility and consultative depth
  • Mentoring and developing consultants within your team
  • Executing a high-quality, full 360 recruitment process from pitch to placement
  • Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to US expansion strategy
  • Building out your market with significant white space and autonomy
  • Maintaining accurate tracking of pipeline, performance, and forecasting

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

This position is ideal for someone who brings:

  • Strong 360 recruitment or executive search experience, ideally within life sciences or a related technical market
  • A consistent track record of high billing and winning senior-level work
  • Experience building or growing a desk, team, or market
  • The confidence to lead from the front while remaining hands-on in delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship-building capability
