The Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist, you will take the lead in accelerating national growth while developing strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Conducting daily outbound outreach to prospective healthcare clients
  • Leveraging a well-established CRM of warm prospects and active leads
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand both new and existing territories
  • Partnering with internal leadership on high-value accounts and large contracts
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Conducting client meetings, site visits, and relationship-building activities
  • Identifying upcoming staffing needs and presenting tailored workforce solutions
  • Maintaining accurate reporting of activity, opportunities, and forecasting

  • Strong sales experience, ideally in staffing, healthcare, or high-volume B2B outreach
