The Role and Responsibilities

  • For training and on-boarding (6-8 weeks) you will be encouraged to be in-office 5 days/week
  • Full flexibility or hybrid model are options afterwards based on hitting targets
  • There is rapid growth potential with an ability to choose focus among 5 verticals
  • Flexibility and focus on being out meeting clients face to face, with a National territory and wide-open approach to winning new business
  • Entrepreneurial without the risk
  • Business Development in any of the 5 verticals for contract/temp or perm roles
  • You are a hunter looking to bring in net new business
  • In-office training period of 2-3 months, then full schedule flexibility

Skills and Qualification Needed to be Successful

  • 1-5 years experience in staffing sales in any of the following verticals: IT, A&F, Sales & Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing.

Value and Benefits

  • Annual compensation dependent on experience of $50,000-$80,000 plus commission
  • Comprehensive benefits plan fully paid by the company
  • Annual leave is 2 weeks to start
