Job Description

Are you a junior Business Development Representative with an avid interest in tech, looking to gain entry to the AI space in a remote workplace? Our client is seeking a driven go-getter to build their AI services business in the East Coast near-shore U.S. market, with clear room for advancement and opportunity to build and lead a team.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Build unique-to-market business from the ground up via high volume cold calling
  • Maintain records, manage tasks and outreach using CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Utilize advanced tools and search techniques to identify key decision makers in targeted organizations
  • Employ varied outreach techniques to engage future clients (phone, email, social media)
  • Prospect and develop partnerships with potential companies requiring services
  • Create an index of potential prospects using relative available data (e.g. Location, Company Size)

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • 1-5 years experience in Business To Business sales, ideally service or staffing sales in the tech sector
  • Demonstrable interest in the tech sector with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to varied clientele
  • Strong ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
  • Strategic and creative thinking to innovative new approaches to lead generation
  • Ability to build long-term lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
