With 50 professionals and staff, the team works together to present clients with staffing solutions in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. 

The Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Business Developer you will focus on permanent business within the Manufacturing industry and take orders in the Logistics, Engineering space, as well as peripheral roles within the Manufacturing vertical
  • You will lead initiatives with business partners to build new business and will need to have strong communication skills, be able to think critically and have a demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies
  • Will likely require some working in office initially, to develop relationships with the team, but you can decide how often/whether necessary to go to the office going forward, once those relationships are established
  • No geographical boundaries to stick to and it doesn’t matter how you achieve the business

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • 2-6 years’ experience as a sales/360 in perm recruitment in the greater NYC area

Value and Benefits

  • This is a flexible and potentially fully remote position, requiring working the hours necessary to get the job done
  • Base salary range will be up to 70K depending on skills, experience and location
  • If draw, the commission would be with the following thresholds: 360 scheme – 40% up to $100K, 45% for $100K-$200K, and 50% for $200K+
