The Role and Responsibilities  

As a Business Developer, you will:

  • Drive new business development and expand client relationships within the Accounting & Finance sector
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture hiring opportunities with high-growth organizations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the hiring process from need qualification to candidate placement
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to ensure top candidates are presented efficiently
  • Cross-sell services and leverage data and insights to strengthen client relationships
  • Develop and execute strategies to win competitive mandates and deliver measurable results

Skills and Qualifications you need to be successful 

  • Proven experience in Staffing sales or business development, ideally within Accounting & Finance
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships with senior finance professionals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment in Toronto
