Bilingual Recruiter, Mining

Our client, a global leader in the mining recruitment industry, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English and French) specializing in the mining and/or oil and gas verticals to support an RPO project in Montreal with their client. This is a fully remote position and you can be based anywhere in Canada. You will be working EST hours.

The Role and Responsibilities

In this Bilingual Mining Recruiter role, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing and client relationship management. You will be expected to:

• Actively source and develop a network of talent and professional candidates and match them with available permanent opportunities
• Screen, interview (phone /video) and qualify candidates to meet client and role specifications
• Advise and coach candidates throughout the interviewing process providing tips and preparation
• Communicating with and advising Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies
• Provide the highest quality customer service and customer experience to candidates and the client

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

• Bilingual (English and French) language skills is a must
• Experience recruiting into job vacancies within mining, oil and gas, or energy verticals
• Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle to be able to provide consultative approach to the client
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing client relationships is an asset
