Job Description

Our client, a leading staffing and recruiting firm specializing in IT and technology roles, is seeking a Bilingual IT Sales Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Montreal. In this role, you will leverage your bilingual skills and recruiting expertise to source, engage, and place exceptional IT sales professionals with some of the most innovative companies in the industry.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and work with clients to understand their hiring needs, technical skill requirements, and language specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing staffing needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in IT sales and bilingual hiring markets.
  • Develop strategic approaches to attract top bilingual IT sales talent in competitive industries.
  • Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process by coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat placements.
  • Fluency in English and French to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
  • Understanding of IT sales processes, software products, and industry-specific tools.
  • Knowledge of recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and best practices for screening IT sales candidates.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies, quotas, and metrics to assess candidates’ sales skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to manage client and candidate expectations.
  • Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales hiring (preferred within IT or SaaS industries).
  • Experience working in a bilingual environment.
  • Leverage your bilingual skills to build trust with candidates and clients across different markets.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in IT sales and technological advancements.
  • Use data-driven recruiting strategies to track candidate performance metrics and refine hiring processes.
  • Build a strong personal brand in the IT staffing industry to attract top-tier clients and candidates.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales hiring (preferred within IT or SaaS industries).
  • Fluency in English and French enabling you to connect with diverse talent pools.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally within IT or sales industries.

Value and Benefits

  • $70K-120K+  plus commission (flexibility based on experience / book of business)
