The Role and Responsibilities

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development and relationship-building within the Construction and Property sectors across Montreal.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business with clients in construction, real estate development, and property management.
  • Re-engaging lapsed accounts and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Leveraging your bilingual French/English communication to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Using a consultative sales approach to convert strong candidates into new client leads.
  • Representing the brand at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, coordinating processes, and closing offers.
  • Collaborating closely with a motivated, high-performing Montreal team to drive division growth.

This is a role for someone who wants to lead conversations, build partnerships, and grow a profitable portfolio in a high-demand industry.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

  • Bilingual French and English – strong communication skills in both languages.
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, ideally within Construction or Property.
  • Proven success in business development, account growth, and closing new client relationships.
  • Confident meeting clients and networking in person.
  • Strong sales instincts with a consultative, credible approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and motivated by results.
